A Little About Me!
When I’m not coaching or writing programs, I’m planning and thinking about my next adventure. My goals are centered around large hikes and long days! One of my most proud accomplishments is RIM-to-RIM-to-RIM in the Grand Canyon, from one side to the other & back. I use my time in the gym to keep me primed and free of injury to prepare for long days on the trail.
About Incline Strength
Incline Started as Lift Off Strength, an in-person group styled fitness program. 2020 led to a close down and the group fitness model quickly turned into an individual, 1-on-1 focus.
The methodology at Incline is all about the individual. The individual comes first. After conversation and rapport, exercise science and programming get applied. We discuss your goals, assessment, history, and where you currently are to create a sustainable program.
