Hey I’m Amanda!
I am the owner & operator of Incline Strength. I’m also a wife, friend, coach, and athlete. I am coffee dependent, reliant on my daily sweat, can’t go 1 week without chocolate, love a good beer, and I’m a sucker for a good memoir!
Originally from Colorado but moved to Los Angeles in 2015 soon after my college graduation where I finished my bachelor’s in Kinesiology. I got into the coaching profession almost immediately after.
I have learned a lot about bodybuilding, CrossFit, and I’ve really dived headfirst into endurance: Running, biking, swimming, and hiking. Believe it or not, Southern California has some incredible hiking!
